Reading

WALT: work callaboralively to have a better understanding of what we read.

What we have been doing: Reciprocal reading talking turns at clarify summarising predicting and Questing we take one week to Read zone story.

Next step: to add more summarising when I'm on summarising job.

My olympics medal story

Trip to Auckland

WALT:

We went to Auckland it took five hours in a car it around six a clock when we got to the hotel at the hotal we eat dinner then went to bed.

The next day my sister hade a tramp comp at icon me and my brother only watched some of it but then my bother and me and my dad went to look at computer stuff. After we got back to the comp it was basicly done then we got back to the hotel. 

We desided to go to bounce when we got there we got special scoces to go into bounce it was all tamps there, but there were hard safety side things. I heared people shouting and laughing I was with my brother and sister and mum and dad I felt really excited before I went in there was a a place were you throw a ball in to a hop it didn't go on that fist, fist I was bouncing around with my sister then my sister and my brother an me played dodgeball but Zethen was on the another team the balls were in the middle and you had to run to the middle to get the balls my team basically got them all I got to throw 3 times then dodgeball ended and then we bounce for a while went home.

The next day my brother had a comp at tristar I didn't do much at the comp. but after that we went to the mall to shop  we got sushi to eat then we went looking but didn't buy much but we bought juice then we went home.

I wonder what made that noise 

I wonder what that noise was it sounded like scratching but it was a piercing noise I felt scared and nervous then I close the door carefully but fast, it was coming through the hallway. My body was shaking it was a constant noise and it was getting faster it was late at night and it was still going then it stopped it lasted for about 3 minutes but it was only brother trying to scare me.

Kohupatiki Marae

On Friday 24th June 2016 Clive school went to the Kohupatiki Marae. Clive School did some activities there was seven but you got to do four each with a jr class room the activities is flax weaving,poi making,drawing for the mural, kite making,games like knuckle bones,string and sticks banging,fetcher coat making and story by the river it was a sunny day but there was some clouds everyone got to make a cookie and you got popcorn that they made. I really liked going there and it was very fun I hope we go again.
